You didn't mention your category here.
But 614 is a really good score. Many congratulations for that.

Well,  PMCH and INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES,BHU both are good colleges but BHU is considered better than PMCH. Cutoff for BHU is usually pretty high but your score may match up to it. In the case of PMCH you'll have an advantage of 85% state quota.
According to me, if you have no problem residing away from your family then you should go for BHU.
