Your percentile is not soo good, belonging to SC category doesn't help you because in JMI you are only eligible with general,muslim(st/obc) categories.So in my opinion you need to improve your percentile first and try to get ranked under 40,000.

You cannot get JMI delhi with this percentile. This percentile is too low even for clearing JEE main.
An OBC candidate have 5-7 percentile relaxation over general candidate.
You maximum 18-20 percentile relaxation over general candidate.
As general candidate require more than 96 percentile to get any premier institution so now you can calculate for you.
You should go for April Jee main to fetch seat in JMI delhi or any premier institution.
