Since you belong to UP, sorry, but there are no chances of getting into Lady Hardinge Medical College through AIQ. A student having 85% Delhi State quota can get LHMC at this rank.
For KGMU, it will be difficult to predict exactly because EWS quota wasn't applied to admissions in KGMU in 2019, as they had no scope of increasing their intake. This happened in few colleges as their MBBS intake was maximum, that is, 250.. So they couldn't increase seats(eg.-kgmu, mamc) .
