Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that as per last year cutoffs, maximum cutoff for Outside Delhi General went upto 5700. So, according to last year cutoffs, there might be less chances of getting a college in top 10 ranks. Still, you should not lose hope as there are always chances of cutoffs getting lower depending on the competition this year.
