You haven't mentioned your category whether you belongs to general, OBC or ST/SC. Based upon the previous year cutoff, with 64.4% belonging to OBC or ST/SC you can surely get a college in DU for BSc. But if you belongs to general category, you can't get a college in DU with 64.4%. Moreover, you can try privates colleges.
