Considering your marks you may expect a rank in between 28000-30000. Your rank may vary depending on number of candidates qualified, normalized marks, top score in EAMCET, marks scored in each individual subjects etc.So your actual rank  To get free seat your rank must be within 10,000. So you will not get free seat. Considering 2018 cut off you have chances of getting seat in Civil, ECE, EEE,CSE in ANNAMACHARYA INST OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCES, RAJAMPETA. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
