As you got 65800 rank in TS EAMCET but you didn't mention that this rank is your general rank or EWS category rank due to this it is difficult to define about the seat. If this is your EWS category rank there are less chances to get seat in CSE branch but it is your general category rank and you belong from EWS category as you mention there are best chances to seat in CSE branch.
