Frankly, 67 percentile is bit less for getting into any good government college this year. This year we saw a huge rise in scores and ranks and on that basis anything below 550 may fall short if you are looking for a good college. But you can attend the counselling if you wish. And see what happens. We don't have complete information about ews as it's newly introduced.  But you have the potential to score better. Don't lose heart. Hope for the best.
