The previous year's OBC NEET cutoff states that you need to receive at least 550–600+ points in the NEET exam to be eligible for admission to the MBBS programme at AIIMS Rishikesh. The required score on the NEET exam for the general category is 690+.

So it is difficult to get AIIMS Rishikesh with 670 marks but you must definitely give it a try.
