I'm sorry to say but you won't be able to make it University of Delhi with 69%. Because it's one of the best universities in India and keeps a very high cut off range for B.Sc and B.A Programs.

The cut offs generally lies between 90-95% for UR and the lowest it can go is for B.Voc courses around 70s. You might make it to the evening batches though so don't lose hope. Apply for it, the forms will be out soon. If you can make it then go for it. I'm attaching the link below for the official site where you'll get the admission portal.
