i got 6k rank in kcet can i get bsc agriculture

Hello Aspirant,

If you want to get in BSc Agriculture then your marks for Physics, Chemistry and Biology are considered. So if you want to get into top colleges then you should have a rank below 2000. In order to get this rank, you should score more than 120 marks out of 180 in KCET if you want to get a BSc Agriculture seat in first round itself.

But considering your rank you will most probably get a seat in agriculture. If you have some good reservation you will get a seat in first round itself. If not don't lose hope, try for other two rounds you will get agriculture college.

The allocation of seats depends on cutoff and it depends on various factors like

  • The difficulty level of the exam
  • Marking scheme
  • Number of candidates appeared
  • Number of available seats
  • Seat reservation of various categories
  • Previous year cutoff ranks/marks
