With a rank of 70000 you have no chances to get Computer Science Engineering in VIT Vellore. Not even in category 4 or 5. In order to get CSE in VIT Vellore, you should have a rank less than 8000. With a rank of 70000 you may get VIT Bhopal with Mechanical Engineering.
I would like to suggest you to attempt other entrance exams like SRMJEE, COMEDK,etc according to your preference. Try scoring well in these exams.
