the cut-offs for du are no less than 90% for b.com.

if you want to persue bcom from du, you can do it through correspondence.

Unfortunately,  your percentage isn't enough to get you a seat in Delhi university because the cutoff for Delhi university is usually high,  exceeding 90%.
