It depends on your top 4 best subjects. Depending on your caste(OBC, SC/ST or Kashmiri, etc), you can get extra percentage. Sorry to say, it's hard to get a college in DU with that percentage, and even if you do get a college, it won't be good one. Please check last year's cutoff.

Yes u can get any south or off campus colleges in 8th or 9th cutt off if this year cutt off reach more then 7th cutt off and it is possible only if u belongs any reserved category or any other quota but if u are a general category student then i don't think u will get b.com in du regular college and see last year cutt off u will get some idea.
