Hi dear BVP pune is a deemed university. It conducts its own cet exam and only on the basis of this it took admission. If you have given cet conducts by BVP pune then you can apply for admission there for ece branch. But if you given MH CET and score 71 then also they don't take admission. They only accepts their exam.
