i got 72.3 in my state board examination of uttar pradesh. Should i get enrolled in MANIT

No, with this percentage you cannot apply for MANIT as for NITs,IIITs, GFTIs either 75% is required or you should be there in top 20 percentile. But you can apply for private colleges like VIT, SRM, MANIPAL etc with this percentage.

No, you are not eligible to take admission in MANIT as you need to get 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile and counselling is already over for 2017.
