Following are the percentile cut offs list for eligible for jee advance :-

General :- 87+
Obc :- 68+
Ews :-66+
Sc :-45+
St:-39+

If by 3rd attempt you mean this is the third year you have given jee mains then unfortunately you can't give jee advance.
