Your 12th percentage is less for getting admission in a good DU College,  but you can wait till last cutoff lists of various colleges.

Which college you want to study in and what stream you wish to choose and whether you are changing your stream after 12th, are the factors which determine if your marks are good enough for admission. The average cutoff in top DU colleges like SRCC, Hindi, Miranda, Stephens, Hansraj for courses like B. Com, Psychology (hons.), Economics(hons.) is around 95-96% even 98-99%.

The Cutoff for Hindi(hons.), Sanskrit, Geography (hons.), History (hons.) is comparatively lower,  around 80-88%.
