First of all congratulations on securing 7625 obc ncl rank in jee advanced 2020.
But, the chances of getting iits are very hard with this much rank.
Because for getting a sure seat in iit from obc category one must secure an obc rank if under 7000.

But still, based on your rank here are some iits in which you might get a seat :-

• Iit dhanbad ( very low chances of getting mining engineering branch )

• Iit ropar ( very low chances of getting civil  engineering branch )

• Iit gandhinagar ( low chances of getting materials science and engineering branch )

• Iit bhu ( low chances of getting ceramic engineering).

In these above mentioned iits, the cutoff ranks for female obc candidates was around between 7300 to 7500 (as per the last year). So this year it's difficult to get a seat in these colleges as per you obc ncl rank.
