I guess you've mentioned all your scores from all the exams you've appeared for. First of all, choose between engineering or medical science. Because, both of these are in the extreme corners. See, you have chances of getting a better colleges with all of the marks that you have scored. One thing is that, you have not mentioned which category you belong to. If all these are for general category, then well and good.

But, comparing the ranks two options are better - JEE mains and Kcet. I'm sure, for Kcet, you can get the top colleges. For JEE main scores too, you have good NIT's. But, if you choose medicine, there too, you have a good chance, but, it entirely depends on which category you belong to and the state of yours.
