According to your VITEEE 2021 Rank you can only get mostly Non-IT branches atleast in round 2 or round 3 based on previous year's cut-offs through category 5. The cut-off vary from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, category, etc.

They may vary from year to year. If you want you can try category 5 where you need to pay 2.5 Lakhs extra per year for better branch.

You have chances of getting below mentioned branches in varies VIT Campuses.

VIT Bhopal Campus

Bio Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

VIT Chennai Campus

Mechanical Engineering

Mechatronics and Automation

VIT Vellore Campus

Production and Industrial Engineering

VIT Andhra Pradesh Campus

Mechanical Engineering

But you may try for IT branch in VIT Andhra Pradesh or VIT Bhopal as chances are better in these Campuses than VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai.  The Cutoffs varies from year to year and depends on many factors.
