According to your rank their are many colleges with best branches are available so go for the counseling.

The cutoff for all branches differ depending on the campus. Also, there is a open quota and state quota cutoff which also varies in all the branches.If you belong to the state quota, then there are chances you might get the branch you want but i you belong to open category then the chances might reduce. So, since you have mentioned Bangalore campus, the open category cutoff ranged from 5800-7000 and for state quota it was around 10000-20000 in the year 2017.
