To get admission into CEPT, you need to get 50% above in class 10+2 and more than 100 out of 200 in NATA. 50% weightage is given to each class 10+2 and NATA score  . To qualify in NATA you need to get atleast 70 Mark's out of 200 , to get admission anywhere. As you have 77.6 in 12th then you need to get atleast 110 or 120 to get into CEPT.
