According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will approximately close to 2,00,000 and your category rank will close 70000 ,with this percentile you will not able to qualify jee mains in general category and there is chance that you can will just qualify the cutoff of obc category, so the chances are are low for iiit and Nit.
