Congratulations on your rank in WBJEE.

But with this rank you won't be able to get any good Government Colleges with CS and IT branch. 

However, You can get colleges like-

• Narula Institute of Technology, Agarpara
• Academy of Technology, Hooghly
• Bengal Institute of Technology, Kolkata
• Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia

But in my opinion, the only good government college for engineering in West Bengal is Jadavpur university and to get admission in that you need to have a rank within 1000 . Except Jadavpur university all colleges in West Bengal are either average or below average. So I suggest you to look for some other colleges through different competitive exams that you have appeared for.

Well with your rank of 7800 in WBJEE , you might not be able to get a seat in the top notch colleges for CSE or IT but there are other colleges where you may get your choice of branch . The cutoff for CSE or IT varies from one college to another.
