You mentioned Hindu College in the tags. In first round, the cut offs are very high. It's around 98% for General category students. By the tenth round, the cut offs go low to 92.5%, but still within the range of 90% or above. So, chances in Hindu College are pretty low.

Every year, colleges affiliated to DU release their cut-off lists for admission into various courses offered by them. Usually, the cut-offs of DU colleges are very high. But there are some colleges which keep a low cut-off.

As of 2019, the cut-off lists are yet to be anounced. Keep checking the official website of Delhi University and Careers360 for recent updates.
