Hope you are doing great there . According to the percentile score mentioned by you above , your predicted CRL rank lies somewhere around 225060 - 253000 . With this rank you can not get a seat in any of the government college and the same is impossible for the CSE Branch in government college . You might be able able to get a set in branches like mechanical or biotech in some government college and that too in physical round . Although there are chances that you might not get a seat in physical round also .
