Since your rank mentioned by you is 244531, according to previous year cutoffs etc, I do not think that you are eligible gor JEE Advanced 2019. JEE Advanced is for those studebts who clear their JEE Mains cutoffs. You can try for other exams like state engineering exams, BITSAT, COMEDK etc. By scoring well in these exams, you can get yourself a good seat too.
