I got 79.4 percentile in JEE Mains and rank 240k. If I don't hv any branch preference then which good NIT, IIIT, or GFTI I can get.

Hey there

You have got very low rank and so you will not get any nit, iiit, gfti in any of there branches in general category. Though you can go for private colleges like kiit, and other good colleges.
