As per your question, honestly according to your low rank in NEET examination your chances would be low to get in BHMS government seats.As you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under general category.But don't worry as per your rank you may try several private colleges which is :-

1) School of Dental Sciences, KIMSDU ,Karad

2) Santosh Dental College, Santosh University

3) Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Navi Mumbai

These are few colleges which you may get as per your rank secured and as per your category.

If you have got 7 lakh rank in the neet examination 2020, and since you have not mentioned your category considering you are under general category,

You have very less chances to get admission for bhms in government medical colleges under state qouta based on previous years cutoff.

However this cannot be sure as cutoffs are bound to change every year depending upon several factors.

You can try admission in management qouta or go for private colleges.
