Hello aspirant,
You will not be able to get admission in Delhi University for B.Sc Computer Science, if you are from the general category. All the colleges in Delhi University that offer B.Sc Computer Science have a cutoff of 86 percent and above. So based on your best of four, it is highly unlikely that you can get admission. For a better idea you can also have a look at the previous year cut-offs.
