As per last year's cutoff of JAC Chandigarh and comparing it to your JEE Mains paper 2 rank which is 26465 getting into Chandigarh College of architecture, Chandigarh is gonna be tough for you. The closing rank for 2019 cutoff as till round 4 for other states was 2701 and for home state was 10107. So as you can see there's a big margin but cutoff varies every year so these are not the exact values but the it'll be somewhere around this range.
