Now, coming to your JEE Advance rank, i would say that it's not really probable that you will get a seat for computer science in IIT Dhanbad, because the closing rank is under 400 in IIT Dhanbad, but you will definitely get a seat in ECE branch, because the closing rank extends upto 1k in IIT dhanbad.
