Congratulations for getting good percentile in JEE mains 2020. The cut offs may vary with various factors such as the home state or not, category so the direct predicting the chances of admission is not possible.

But according to last some years cut offs of BITS Mesra the highest closing rank is for Biotechnology and which is 78000. As per your percentile your rank should be definitely more than 100000  so that you have very very less chances of admission.
