Since your category is not mentioned here, I am answering this query considering general merit category.

According to KCET cutoffs of 2018, with your rank of 823, you can get bio technology engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, electrical and instrumentation engineering, mechanical engineering, telecommunications engineering at RVCE, Bangalore. At MSRIT, Bangalore, you can get CS, information science engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering etc. You can get a seat at many other colleges also.
