First of all  congrats for securing descent percentile (83) in jee 2019 so accordingly you will definitely get descent rank  and offcourse you will get all major branches of MBM jodhpur but here i will suggest you some other top government collleges since you are eligible for almost all NITS still i will give you some preferences:

Apply here first   NIT Wrangal, trichy,rourkela then any other Nits,IIIT allhabad, IIIT Manipur ,  IIIT Pune,   IIIT Nagpur,   IIIT Ranchi,   IIIT Surat ,IIIT BhopaL,   IIIT Bhagalpur  ,COEP pune ,DTU,NIST, BIT ranchi, BIT sindri,BIT patna.
