Yes you will be able to get admission in some NITs or IIITs or government engineering College with this rank in JEE mains in ST category. but you have to compromise with your branch you could be able to get in some following colleges.

Well with this rank you might not be able to get any IIITs or NITs

Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.
