I'm sorry to inform you but you've very very low chances of getting your desired branch at your desired college.
The cutoff fir BIOTECHNOLOGY at VIT VELLORE campus is usually under 20,000 rank in VITEEE 2019.
And cutoff for BIOMEDICAL at VIT VELLORE campus is around 45,000 rank in VITEEE exam for the current year

As you can see, you've a rank of 80,000 which us very above the expected cutoffs.
But you still should try to get a seat as the cutoffs depend on multiple criteria and do change every year.
