i got 83%in hsc and 110in mht cet can i get government college for bsc agriculture i am from open category

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream, over all performance of candidates etc. however at this stage it is quite difficult to predict which college you may get. you may follow the below link to know about college and category wise closing score,
