According the information provided by you, chances are that your rank will be above 7000 guaranteed. An above 80 percentage in the board examinations is a god performance.
The tricky bit is the score obtained in KCET. Although board examination marks matter, the primary importance is that of the KCET score. A score of 34 leaves behind a huge gap which can be filled by other aspirants with better scores and thereby hitting your chances at getting a lower rank.
A score of 34 in KCET sets you off a little of the track that you would want to be on, as it leaves very little room for the aspirant to submit an application to the top colleges in the state.
