If your homestate candidate you have chances in chemical engineering and metallurgical and materials engineering,based on previous year cutoff.

If you are other state candidate then chances are nil.

You may get it from the home state quota. You should apply for it in the counselling process by JEE mains rank. I will suggest you to apply for the lower branch there having the largest cutoff according to the previous year scores.
