Your percentile is bit low.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting NIT Warangal,even if you get it in later rounds you might get lower branches.You can apply for other Medium to lower ranked NITs such as NIT Raipur, NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur,etc.
