As the percentile mentioned by you your General AIR rank must be between 165679 - 120612. There is a less chance that you can get PEC Chandigarh on your rank because the cutoff rank for  PEC Chandigarh last year was below 50000 on any branch. For more information you can check the list below:

but as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
