Hello,
Admission to undergraduate courses in B.Tech to NITs and otger engineering colleges is done through JEE Mains marks.
Admission to IITs is based on JEE Advanced marks.
With general category 168214 rank you have very less chances of getting any NITs even through state quota. However I suggest you to look for state government colleges in your state and you might get some good engineering college for B.Tech in it.
