I regret to inform you that with a percentile of 85 can get you nothing , you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits, iiits or GFTIs.
The closing cutoff for any obc candidate to get admission into any nits ,iiits or even GFTIs goes
really low upto 16k to 18k rank.
If your obc category rank is below this then definitely you are not going to get admission in any of them .

So with this percentile I would suggest you to take admission into any reputed private institutes or you can even take a year drop for jee2020.

Sorry to say this you absolutely have no choice of getting into any NIT's or IIT's there is a very slight chance unless you belong to scheduled castes.

Yes,you can try in some private colleges with B-CATEGORY  available
