CAT entrance exam is for those students who wants to make their future in management . CAT entrance exam for MBA students who want to take admission in top B-school of India . there is no connection of CAT exam with electrical branch.

The common admission test (CAT) is for the MBA aspirants and not for admission in engineering. So you are clearly not eligible.
