With 86% board marks you have qualified the eligibility criteria and according to your rank you cannot get cse in BIT durg,but you may get other branches like IT,Electrical engineering,Electrical and Electronics Engineering which are also considered good branches.You should try till third round of counselling.According to previous year cutoff  you have a good chances in these branches.For more detail you may check the link below.ALL THE BEST
