It would have been better if you'd shared your rank in JEE main here instead of your marks. And also, I guess you are from Maharashtra, so that you have HS reservation at VNIT.
If you want admission in VNIT, you should have a rank of atleast 10000, even in HS quota, inorder to have a chance. With this score, I don't think you have a rank above 10000. So, I don't think you'll get admission in VNIT, under OBC reservation.
