But yes there are some GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutions) where you might grab a seat successfully, Have a look-

2. Ghani Khan Choudhary Institute of Engineering and Technology

3. Pondicherry Engineering College

Since you have not mentioned that for what branch or stream you want to take admission , it is very difficult to predict. But you might get seat for Civil or Food Technology Branch. As Cutoffs are very very high for popular streams like CSE (Computer Science and Engineering).
