In the earlier cut offs, the best four percentage you have mentioned of yours is not sufficient to get yourself enrolled in the course of B.A.(Hons.)English considering this course is quite popular in Delhi University which makes the cut off for this course really high. Maybe, in the later cut offs, you may get in the course if the seats are not already occupied by candidates.
